Sameh Bushnaq is an accomplished finance executive with nearly 30 years of professional experience spanning Big Four audit firms and senior finance leadership roles across the automotive and diversified business sectors. As Group Chief Financial Officer at Petromin, he leads the Group’s financial strategy, governance, capital structure, and performance management agenda, partnering closely with executive leadership to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Sameh brings deep automotive expertise, with approximately 15 years in the sector, working across global brands including Peugeot, Mazda, Geely, Stellantis, Kia, and Jetour, alongside multi-brand aftersales operations. Prior to joining Petromin in 2025, he held senior roles including Group CFO at United Motor Group, Audit committee member at Tawkelat financing company, and Group CFO at Abdulla Fouad Group, and CFO at Al Mehaneya Real Estate Investments PLC. He began his career in audit at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen, following early experience in banking.

At Petromin, Sameh has strengthened financial governance, optimized capital allocation, improved cash management and collections, and enhanced internal controls across vehicles, parts, and aftersales operations. He has also led major ERP and finance transformation initiatives, including the adoption of Oracle NetSuite and the integration of AI-enabled capabilities for forecasting, reporting, inventory optimization, and decision support.
