Petromin Fuel has entered an official partnership with Gilbarco Veeder Root (GVR) on a nationwide fuel automation project. The milestone initiative will implement a state-of-the-art automation system across Petromin Fuel’s station network throughout the Kingdom.

The signing ceremony to mark this successful partnership took place in the presence of Farooq Ayub, COO, Petromin Fuels, Usman Sharif, Business Development Manager, Petromin Fuels, KSA & Egypt, and Malek Ali, Commercial Director, MEA, GVR, at Petromin’s Executive Office in Jeddah. A number of senior executives representing Petromin Fuel and GVR were also present at the proceedings.

Petromin’s Fuel Automation System is a comprehensive payment and operations management solution for fuel retailing with GVR being the technology provider for the system. GVR is a renowned market leader in fuel dispensing technologies and automation.

The automation system offers end-to-end retail management “from tank to the bank” with solutions such as new mode of payments, smart HR management tools, centralized control, efficient stock/inventory management, customer management, and smart sales tools.

GVR is represented in the Kingdom through their authorized distributor Imkanat who will be providing on-ground installation and support.
